ICM006 – U-Boat Type XXIIB Seehund Sous-marin Mideget allemand WWII 1:72

U-Boat Type XXVIIB « Seehund » (début) Sous-marin miniature allemand de la Seconde Guerre mondiale Le Seehund (« Seal ») était le plus efficace des sous-marins de poche allemands. Le projet XXVIIB a été conçu au printemps 1944. La production en série a été développée au Schichau Werk à Elbing et au Germania Werft à Kiel. Jusqu'à la fin de la guerre, 285 unités furent construites. Depuis janvier 1945, ils participèrent activement aux combats. Les sous-marins miniatures Seehund ont servi dans la 312 K-Flottilla basée à Ijmuiden (Hollande). Ils accomplirent 142 actions de combat et coulèrent 9 navires alliés. Après la fin de la guerre, 4 sous-marins Seehund servirent dans la Marine nationale jusqu'en 1956.
