L’ORP Kujawiak, construit comme HMS « Oakley », fut transféré à la Marine polonaise en mai 1941. Il participa au raid des Lofoten (Opération Anklet) et à l’Opération Harpoon pour ravitailler Malte, où il fut endommagé par une mine et coulé. Son épave repose aujourd’hui à 90 m de profondeur, bien conservée.
